How I met Tomo Geshig (2)

Published

on

Before retiring that night, I sang HU for some minutes as usual. Then I dreamt.
Before me stand a man, wearing the gown of my woman visitor earlier in the day. I am amazed. The same robe, different sexes, different situations. Clearly, it is the same person who visited, I concluded.
“I am Tomo Geshig,” he says, introducing himself, smiling. Behind him stands the Mahanta, the Spiritual Leader of Eckankar. Both ECK Masters are shining so brightly I cannot look at them I turn to the Mahanta and ask, “Why had Tomo Geshig visited disguised as a woman?”
The Mahanta motions to Tomo Geshig.
Tomo Geshig has a look of great kindness in his eyes.
“An ECK Master meets a chela in a form the chela would be comfortable. If I had come as a man, since your husband was not in town, your neighbours might have read other meanings into it.
I nod in agreement.
“Moreover,” he adds, “You might not have opened the door to a strange male visitor out of fear. I visited to raise the spiritual vibration of your home to prepare it against coming events in your family.”
“What about the books you brought to me? Where are they?”
“Those books were meant for you,” Tomo Geshig explains. “However, since you didn’t accept them, you have missed the opportunity of reading them. You have to work hard for another such opportunity.”
Then I woke up, grateful for meeting with an ECK Master in my house.
Dreams are a direct line to the sea of our hidden life, much like a fishing line dropped from a small boat into a boat into a bottomless sea… Our memory of dreams is a glimpse of the full spiritual life that each of us leads beyond the physical.
Dreams are like a daily report card. They show how you are doing in your spiritual mission, even if you don’t know you have one.
Put full attention on the daily affairs in your life, for this is also part of that which touches the spiritual consciousness. When you ask for truth and your heart is pure, Divine Spirit will take you one step closer home to God.
Life here does have purpose, for it gives each person a chance to learn the duties and joys of becoming a Co-worker with God. Go for success in life, but not at the expense of other people’s dreams. Help them meet their dreams, and they will help you meet yours.
Keep a record of your dreams. Make a short note about every dream you recall upon awakening. Also be alert during the day for clues about your problem from other people. The Holy Spirit works through them too. So be aware and listen.

Pressing forward

Published

Dr OLUSEGUN ADELEYE …Not that I have already attained or am already perfected; but I press on. That I may lay hold of that of which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Philippians 3:12 A Christ-like life is progressive and a continuous one. You cannot have enough of it and therefore do not relax and feel that you have apprehended or attained it. A new life in Christ is never stagnant. For the acceleration of new things to come, it is necessary to “forget those things which are behind and reach forward to those things which are ahead” (Philippians 3: 13).

There are two kinds of past that must not be dwelt upon. First, is past virtuous deeds that make one to be full of empty satisfaction and contentment. Reliance on past achievements can hinder pressing forward to attract new th ings. Second is the danger of dwelling on sins, past failures and unpalatable experience.

Dwelling on the past may hinder the materialization of the present and the fulfillment of a bright future. Pray like this: Lord, have mercy upon me, forgive all ‘my iniquities, let not my past hinder my present and future in the name of Jesus. My life shall not be stagnant in Jesus name. Rev. Dr Olusegun Adeleye (08033014891- SMS only, 08035022884). He is the General Overseer of Christian Overcomers Mission (Oluwagbebe s street Ilupeju Estate, Akowonjo, Lagos.

Nigeria project, no man’s affair

Published

The mountain that appears insurmountable in the lives of many people and our nation Nigeria are not caused by the devil, but by their wrong mindset. When the mind of a man is set on wrong things like defeat, failure, impossibility, poverty,… Such a man cannot experience something different from what he occupies his mind with.

But when you think right, you will be energized to act right, and great thing will come your way. For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:’ Prov. 23: Take for example in our nation Nigeria today are feeling the pains of lawlessness, corruption, insecurity, poor medical facilities, bad education system, embezzlement, etc.

We know what we need, but we don’t know how to get them. Everybody seeks his personal comfort even at the expense of others. Our youths are helping in building other nations while our land suffers. Those who could not ‘run away’, though strong and vibrant are wasting away for lack of opportunity. Revelation without reformation cannot bring transformation. We need God to help us and we need God fearing people to manage our blessed resources for our common good. God Bless Nigeria. Evang. Pathway to divine blessing

Published

on

Do not be deceived; for whatsoever a man’s sows that shall he also reap… Galatians 6:7 Some fruits are sweet while others are bitter. So it is with us. Someone produces fruits and someone else doesn’t. The one that produces fruits is blessed and the fruits are blessed. Our Lord Jesus Christ’s Body was blessed and so were the fruits from His Body: His sputum healed the blind; objects from Peter and Paul’s bodies healed and delivered the sick.

They laid hands on the sick and they recovered. Therefore, like my Lord and the disciples, everything that is in me and comes out of my body is blessed. We had also learnt about THE BLESSING, which God Himself places on His children as the priest speaks it. Today, we have God’s spoken blessing upon the righteous. I repeat, God, who is the Blesser is the One speaking these blessings this evening.

Therefore, the blessings are as sure to happen as He has spoken them. Prayer My blessing covers everything about me: my health is blessed; my family is blessed; my organization is blessed; my Church is blessed; my country is blessed; everything I touch is blessed; Receive God’s spoken Word of blessings: Deuteronomy 28:1-14, by speaking it out and clinging to every word in faith. This message is to celebrate 41st wedding anniversary of Dr & Rev (Mrs) Mike/Mary Ohironoya. Note: 70th birthday anniversary celebration is loading. Watch out!
