Weight watchers community:  Burn love handles fast!

These few exercises if done consistently are guaranteed to rid you of those pesky love handles, muffin top or side fat.

 

You know that area at your sides that should be curved to give you the hourglass figure, that’s where we are concentrating on today.

 

There are several exercises targeted at losing belly fat, but these ones are specific for losing side fat.

 

Try 20 of each of the following exercises with three repetitions each and see the difference in your side fat after two weeks. For the two weeks, aim at doing at least four trainings per week.

1. Plank
2. Bicycle crunches
3. Side plank
4. Leg lifts
5. Russian twists
