Eight people lost their lives yesterday while about 19 others were injured in auto crashes in Lagos and Ogun states. Five people were burnt to death yesterday while five others were injured at the popular Barracks Bus Stop, Surulere when a Volkswagen commercial bus known as Danfo caught fire while descending from the popular National Stadium Bridge on Funsho Williams Avenue. ICPC institutes anti-graft monitoring unit in EKSU

Towards building capacity for corruption-free and transparent system, the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) has inaugurated the Ekiti State University (EKSU) chapter of the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Monitoring Unit (ACTMU). Hospital light’s disconnection endangers premature babies’ lives –Residents

Residents of Shomolu in Shomolu Local Government Area of Lagos State have criticised the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) for what they described as illegal disconnection of electricity at the community’s General Hospital. According to them, the action has created difficulty not only for patients but also other members of the community.
