Bloody Easter for southern Kaduna village

The people of Asso village in Kagoma Chiefdom of Jemaa Local Government Area of Southern Kaduna, celebrated a bloody Easter as gunmen stormed the village and killed about 13 people last Saturday. According to a source who spoke our correspondent Monday, the attack occurred around 7:30 pm and the gunmen started shooting sporadically when they arrived the village. Journalist with Bayelsa’s Glory FM shot dead

Gunmen yesterday killed a journalist with the Bayelsa State-owned Glory FM 97.1, Mr. Famous Giobaro. Giobaro was shot dead in his residence on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Road, Kpasia in Yenagoa, the state capital.
