Curbing inter-security forces violent clashes

Last week, a soldier and three anti-riot policemen reportedly died during a shootout between members of the two security forces. Several others on both sides received gunshot wounds in the encounter that took place in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital. Militants attack Lagos, kill Army Captain, policemen

  Gun-wielding militants invaded Ishawo area of Ikorodu, Lagos State, and killed an Army captain, who led the Joint Task Force on Anti-Militancy, and four policemen. The captain is identified as Muhammad. The incident occurred at Yewa-Olaloko area of Ishawo.
